Where do I pick up and return the UTV?
Pickup and drop-off arrangements are flexible. We’re based in Riverside, California; coordinate the location and timing directly with CPR when your request is reviewed. There is no fixed pickup or drop-off schedule.
What are the driver requirements?
Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Younger drivers are required to provide a higher security deposit. Confirm any license and paperwork requirements with CPR before your rental is approved.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit is required; the amount is confirmed with your quote, with higher deposits for younger drivers. This request form does not charge your card or place a hold. CPR will explain collection and release arrangements before payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are non-refundable. Review your final rental terms before making a payment. Contact CPR directly if your plans change or you need to discuss rescheduling.
What’s included with my vehicle?
Included vehicle equipment is listed on each fleet listing. Confirm helmets, fuel, transport, insurance coverage, and any other items directly with CPR; these are not included in the online estimate unless stated in your final quote.
Can I add a trailer?
An optional trailer is $50 per calendar rental day for the X3 Turbo, RZR Pro R, and Can-Am XRS, subject to availability. A trailer is included free with the Maverick R.
Does submitting a request confirm my reservation?
No. All requests are pending review. Your UTV and dates are confirmed only after CPR approves your request and you complete the agreed booking requirements. This form does not check live availability or take payment.
